Recommendations after tooth extraction
At Clinica La Garena in Alcala de Henares, We give them the following recommendations after one extracting a tooth:
• Bite the gauze for 30 minutes. If not bleed pull the gauze, If still bleeding place another clean and bite other 30 minutes.
• Take only soft foods and cold.
• The day of extraction not spit or rinse.
• The next day, rinse with water and salt (a pinch), at the least twice a day for a week.
• If you have discomfort take a chill pill, but never aspirin.
• No smoking 48 hours.
